The room had a high brick ceiling. It was quite relaxing. I received 5-star customer service from the staff. They were helpful. Staff members frequently asked if I needed anything. They helped me with my luggage.
There was smoking in the hallway. Passing by left me covered in the smell.

The location was superb. It was very close to main attractions. I found the staff helpful. They gave useful tips. The room was clean. The hotel offers a coffee shop for a quick coffee.

Loved every minute!
warm welcome helpful tips historical charm
I was greeted so warmly by the reception staff on arrival. They provided helpful tips and responded to our requests quickly. The building shows great redevelopment and kept historical charm. The coffee shop connected to the hotel was wonderful and i did grab a coffee there.
Therefore, we could not dine there during the evening and this made things difficult. They should say this on their website or something to alert parents.

loud music bad mattress
I was very frustrated with a couple of things. First, the noise from the restaurant went on until late. I didn't expect to hear techno music at disco volume. Second, the mattress in my room was not good. My hip hurt after sleeping on it. I had to change rooms because of the noise and the bed issue.

historical architecture convenient location aesthetic experience
The location was close to many cafes and mosques which was very convenient. Breakfast included eggs, cheese, bread, several dips, sweet treats, olives, and unlimited tea. Fabulous service! The hotel is beautiful, a true aesthetic experience. I really enjoyed it.
The wall smell was unpleasant and triggered skin allergies. The staff changed my room. My new room was noisy due to the ducts. I moved a third time due to a continuing smell from the walls.

i appreciated the quick and helpful service i received. the staff answered all my questions regarding local transportation. my room was clean. i liked that they provided fresh towels daily.
the lighting in the bathroom was a little dim for shaving.

i enjoyed the beauty and quietness here. the staff members were genuinely helpful, a wonderful service! the hotel's central location near historical sites made exploration easy. i would certainly return for another nice experience.
the wifi signal was weak and unstable , i struggled to connect and maintain a stable connection. this made it difficult to work or stream anything.
